3 days ago I was taking my son to school in the city approx 400,000 ppl. While we were driving down the main downtown core street (bout 1:00 so u can guarantee it was busy) a car hit a small dog in the other lane. Without thinking I stopped put on my 4ways and jumped out into traffic. By this time most of the cars had stopped to see what I was doing, I picked up the dog which looked in shock and badly injured I proceeded to ask the bystanders on the side of road where nearest animal hospital was. I was so upset all I heard was up the road. I put the poor dog on my sons lap and drove up the road looking, Well of course I did’nt find it so I stopped at a pet store and listened this time!

We managed to get her on the floor of car and to the Animal Hospital. When we got her inside another woman showed up frantic and saying she wanted the dog, she would pay for its medical care! I am pretty sure NOW she was the one who had hit it.
Like where did she come from, WHY was she there when I was the one that had picked up the dog? and I got lost yet she came in after me (enough time to turn round after hitting it).
Now the real story is about to begin.. Animal Control came just after I had left and took the dog, She had no tags or ID and was running stray so Apparently it is their job. I have called every morning for the last 3 days inquiring how she is and if its owners had come for her. She is doing ok, shock was the most of her trauma Thank God. BUT her family has not called, nothing!

What is with people? I have 2 dogs and 1 cat each one was given to me because they were no longer wanted or couldn’t be kept, and I tell you if one of them was missing for even an hour I would be frantic! This has been 3 Days now! This poor little dog is being kept in a cage shaken and scared, prob wanting her owners love. Where the Hell are they? I was told maybe they don’t deserve her back if they let her run and don’t inquire as to where she is.
I love my pets as much as my son and would do anything if they were lost, Why are’nt these people? I drove down the area she came from looking for signs for Lost Dog and nothing! I have posted numerous “helps” on twitter to news reporters, radio stations. Send messages to the reader to reader ads in paper. Posted to all my FB friends, Emailed Humane Society and checked the lost ads.

There is nothing more I can do and I feel so helpless. It is so sad to me that this poor dog that has been traumatized is now sitting in a cold cage alone! If I could take her you can bet I would, Its just not possible for me to do it and I’m heart broken for her.

Next; Well I have officially made some NEW friends on twitter the worlds largest 140 character messaging system! And of those new friends I have added a few to my Facebook. I know I know but yes I have chatted with them shared storys been my all great self with sarcasm and all and like the Sally Fields saying “The Like me, They really Like Me” I spend alot of time on twitter and facebook and I feel comfortable with these peeps enuf to share my Facebook “pig stye” LOL. Some really nice people and from all over Canada and the US which is so kewl, I dont have to travel just look at their pictures and see what its like there compared to here.

As for what have I been doing well I have gone back to school and am now an A+ certified Computer Technician!! Whoohoo ME! Still have a few months to go but so far so good. Way back when I was working with computers I just didnt think I had the smarts to do the certifications, They were always so hard and I never thought I would beable to pass such tough tests! Now that I have I am thinking gee should have done that years ago.

Next; Its been so long since I have updated this I look back on my older posts and LOL! and NOW I have alot of catching up to do.. Well her is hoping I don’t forget my earplugs, I haven’t listened to Kiss in along time I heard it is the Best show you could ever see so I am in. Last year when I went to see ACDC it wasnt as loud as I had expected but then again being in the front rows the sound went right over our heads.

So wish me luck everyone on getting to meet the Tweed-Simmons family, I only want a picture with them I have never really been a fan that follows/hounds stars I am a little old for that, but with the “stars” chatting on twitter with us regular people it just makes u feel like hey they like me they would be friends if they knew me. I know a little far fetched but to meet someone famous would be just kewl. Watch for me Shannon and Gene I will be the 5 foot woman pushing her way to you waving my arms like a crazed nut case just to get that once in a life time picture!!

Stuff I had when I was a kid many moons ago, things either my grandparents or parents gave me that have sentimental value to only me. My greatest find of the nite was my Klackers, For those not from the 70′s I am including pictures of my prized possession. When i was about 10 I enjoyed hour upon hour klacking and klacking it was the only thing I was actually good at! So of course I have to show my stuff to my son!

Look son, I have found my klackers. I was a professional klacker’er when i was a kid, Let me show you.. Yes these were banned shortly after they were made and the following pictures of my prized possession will show u as to why. As I klack away and get those wrist movements just right U have got to get the rhythm just so as to klack in the up and down motion that is know as Klacking!

All of a sudden I hear MOM, pieces are flying off them and low and behold chunks of glass r ricocheting across the room and with one last klack I was done. Smashed to bits are my irreplaceable one of a kind glass ball klackers, No more smashing the wrist to prove how great I once was, The history of it all the memories are all I have and these pictures. Good bye childhood toy, I will miss you.

Sounds like the neighbours having a little party tonite why the hell do they always have to blast the shit music? Like if u r gonna torture my ears at least play something half decent or something I have heard before.. Its gotten quiet just hollering and yelling now so we know what that means – FIGHT, as per the norm for them this will be the 4th time this year and summer just started good thing i got the popo on speed dial LOL.

Getting my dose of Law and Order and its not a repeat for me so its somewhat interesting but the yelling is almost drowning it out and I AM NOT shutting my windows why the hell should I have to they can just STFU!! If I need to spell that its Shut the ____UP I am gonna try and keep this blog with minimal swearing, hehe soo unlike me but what the hell I will give it a try. Well I am gonna go back to the TV and see how the nite goes will the cops have to come or won’t they THAT is the question!!
